Are you comfortable with wearing white at anything but your wedding? If not, then you are not alone. But rest assured that this is just a silly little insecurity that a lot of people have, but that almost nobody who does not work in the building trades needs to have. After all, while white is the kind of color which is going to show off pretty much everything (especially if it happens to get wet), it can also say some great things about the person who wears it which are a little bit between the lines, such as about their personality and their personal habits.
For one thing, white is always going to be the color of purity. If you are interested in looking young and playful, then wearing white is a great way to give yourself a lot of cute appeal without trying to get too sexy with it. After all, too much sex appeal can turn people who might really be interested in you as a person (who happens to look great) into people who just want to gawk and stare. It can be a very short trip between sexy and easy, at least when it comes to the perceptions of other people.
In addition to that, white is also the color of cleanliness. If you are a naturally clean person, then white will go perfectly with your personality type. Of course, anything which is going to sully that whiteness is something that are either going to need to avoid or plan to work around if it does happen (such as through having a backup outfit ready and with you, just in case). If you are going to paint, and it is not perfectly white, do not under any circumstances wear something white. That is just being ridiculous, and is pretty much asking for trouble. If you stay clean, it will look great.
